No. ArmaTun allows only one active public listing for the same property and transaction type. You may speak with several brokers before making your decision, but only the broker you appoint can publish and represent the property on ArmaTun.

Tell us about both options in the additional information field. ArmaTun and the selected broker can review the situation and determine the clearest way to present the property without creating confusing duplicate listings.

The existing brokerage agreement must first be ended according to its terms. Once a new broker has been appointed, ArmaTun can update the responsible broker on the existing property page instead of creating a duplicate listing.

The property owner and the selected broker agree on the asking price or monthly rent. ArmaTun does not determine the final price, but the amount shown on the platform must be clear and consistent.

The property can be published after: 1. You have selected a broker. 2. The sale or rental agreement has been confirmed. 3. The listing has been completed. 4. The listing meets ArmaTun's publication standards. 5. ArmaTun has reviewed the listing.

No. ArmaTun connects property owners with suitable verified brokers and provides the digital platform where the property is presented. The selected broker is responsible for pricing advice, property preparation, enquiries, viewings, negotiations and guiding the owner through the sales or rental process.

ArmaTun reviews broker profiles and listing quality before publication. This does not replace official ownership records, legal due diligence or verification through the relevant public authorities.

Any brokerage commission, marketing fee or additional service cost must be agreed directly between you and the selected broker before signing the brokerage agreement. Submitting the initial request to ArmaTun does not commit you to a broker or transaction.
