Great listings build trust. These guidelines explain what we expect from every property published on ArmaTun, so buyers and renters can search with confidence.
ArmaTun is built to be Armenia's most trusted place to discover property. That trust depends on listings being accurate, clear, and honest.
These guidelines apply to every broker and company that publishes on the platform. Following them helps your listings perform better and keeps the marketplace reliable for everyone.
Listings can be published by registered brokers and companies. Accounts may be reviewed before they can publish, and verified brokers are highlighted to users.
Whoever publishes a listing is responsible for its content and for having the right to advertise that property.
Every listing should give buyers a true and complete picture. Make sure each one includes:
If anything changes — price, availability, or details — update the listing promptly so it stays accurate.
Photos are the first thing people notice. Good photos should be:
Never use stock images or photos from other listings to represent a property you are advertising.
To protect users, the following are not allowed on ArmaTun:
Listings that break these rules may be edited, hidden, or removed, and repeat offenders may lose publishing access.
Prices must reflect the genuine asking price for the property in the currency shown. Do not advertise prices you are not prepared to honour, and avoid placeholder or "call for price" tactics designed only to generate contacts.
Keep availability current. When a property is sold, rented, or withdrawn, update or close the listing so users are not contacting you about something that is no longer available.
ArmaTun reviews listings and listing changes to keep quality high. Our team may edit minor issues, request corrections, or hold a listing until it meets these guidelines.
Moderation helps every honest broker by keeping low-quality and misleading listings out of search results.
Depending on the issue, we may edit or hide a listing, ask for changes, or remove it entirely. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to limits on publishing or to account suspension.
Our goal is not to penalise but to protect users and keep ArmaTun a marketplace people can rely on.
If you are unsure whether something meets these guidelines, ask us first. Email contact@armatun.com or use our contact page, and our team will be glad to help.
If anything here is unclear, our team is happy to help. Reach out and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
